Active Ageing Sport Day 2013 at Tin Shui Wai Sports Centre

Pok Oi Hospital will hold the Active Ageing Sport Day 2013 at Tin Shui Wai Sports Centre on October 31. About 120 seniors from four elderly homes will compete in five contests - javelin, football skills, a wheelchair race, mixed relay, and cheerleading.
These events support the "Hong Kong: Our Home" public participation campaign, to inject positive energy into society, foster social cohesion and promote care, mutual help and solidarity in the community.
