Asian Jump Rope Promotion Campaign

Regulations

 

1          Organizer: Asian Sports for All Association (ASFAA)

2          Participants: ASFAA member organizations

3          Program Duration: Now – December 31, 2025

4          Participation Process

4.1      Online Registration

n   Registration Period: now until August 31, 2025

n   Complete the online form with: Contact number, shipping address, and requested quantity of jump ropes (100–200 ropes per member).

n   ASFAA will arrange bulk shipping to the provided addresses.

4.2      Activity Implementation

n   Event Period: September 1 to December 31, 2025

n   Distribute the ropes to local participants and organize events (e.g., "100-Person Jump Rope Day," daily challenges).

n   Submission After Campaign Completion:

✓ Activity reports (including participant statistics)

✓ Event photos.

5          Optional Themed Activities

Participants may choose to organize:

5.1         "Traditional Costume Jump Rope Day": Upload photos of participants jumping in cultural attire.

5.2         "Festival Jump Rope": Themed events like Mid-Autumn Night Glow Rope Jumping or holiday-themed activities.

6          Incentives: All participating organizations will receive an e-certificate upon completion.

7          International Shipping

To enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs, ASFAA will consolidate shipments for members in the same country/region:

7.1      Consolidated Shipping Principle

n   Members from the same country/region will receive a single consolidated shipment to a designated address.

n   The primary contact member must distribute the ropes to other local participants.

7.2      Application and Shipping Process

n   Designate a primary contact: Provide a unified shipping address and contact number during registration. Recommended locations: Sports association offices, schools, or logistics hubs.

n   ASFAA shipment: Example: 500 ropes for 3 Chinese members shipped in one batch.

n   Local distribution responsibility: The primary contact must ensure fair allocation and report discrepancies to ASFAA.

 

8          Important Notes

n   Usage: Jump ropes must be used for sports promotion, not personal purposes.

n   Deadline: Internal coordination for shipping details must be finalized by August 31, 2025.

n   Logistics risks: Delays due to customs or transport are possible; plan distribution timelines accordingly.

n   Dispute resolution: Report shortages or issues via the primary contact to the ASFAA Secretariat.

Remarks: The organizer reserves the right to modify and interpret the event rules. In case of any inadequacies in these regulations, the final decision of the organizer shall prevail.
