The Korea Council of Sport for All (KOCOSA, President Kang-Too Lee) and Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA, President Dae-won Park) signed a bilateral MOU agreeing to cooperate on common issues.

At the signing ceremony, President Kang-Too Lee said, "we can create a synergy effect for promoting Sport for All in developing countries if KOCOSA and KOICA work together". President Dae-won Park replied by saying that KOICA will be more active in revitalizing Sport for All around the world.

Both organizations will reinforce cooperation in:
- dispatching Sport for All leaders to developing countries
- supplying Sport for All programs to low income countries
- sharing information and studies on Sport for All

Meanwhile, President Kang-Too Lee, who is also the President of TAFISA, sent soccer balls to 11 African countries with the help of KOICA. He also has plans to donate 500 bicycles to Southeast Asian countries this year.
