Charity Golf 2010 in Malaysia

The Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) is organizing the 8th OCM – Tan Sri Alex Lee Charity Golf for the Tan Sri Alex Lee Athletes' Education Fund. Previously held events have drawn strong support with participants eager to take part again in the following year. The objectives of the charity golf are to raise funds for the mentioned Education Fund and to encourage interaction between the various National Sports Associations (NSAs), raising the profile of the OCM through charity and also in memory of the late Tan Sri Alex Lee for his tremendous contribution to the nation and sport. To date, twenty six (26) sportsmen have been given scholarships from the Education Fund, and this year four (4) additional sportsmen will also benefit.
