30 minutes makes the difference!

A message from Agita Mundo: The World Health Organisation recently stated that sedentarism is killing over 3 million persons per year around the world. This makes it the fourth largest course of death worlwide! To overcome this epidemic situation we have a simple medicine: Complete at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most (5) days of the week, either continuously or in blocks of 10 to 15 minutes. We are pleased to be celebrating the World Day for Physical Activity with the theme: Active Cities, Health Lives! Keeping Agitating today and everyday !
