Sport For All Day proves to be a popular event

Sport For All Day 2013, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), was held successfully on August 4. The event attracted over 220 000 people to participate in free recreation programmes at designated venues in the 18 districts and to enjoy free use of the LCSD's leisure facilities.

Sport For All Day 2013 was one of the highlight events of the "Vibrant Hong Kong" theme under the city-wide "Hong Kong: Our Home" Campaign. The event encouraged members of the public and their families to nurture a habit of doing physical activities for at least 30 minutes a day, and its slogan was "Stay active. Exercise every day with your family".
